Video Blog: To Have Patience. Ho’omanawanui

Thursday, October 4, 2012

Aloha gang!  It’s time for another video blog!

This week I’ve decided to address something that’s been popping up all around me–HOʻOMANAWANUI.  Having patience.  It’s something I struggle with, for sure.  How ’bout you?

Happy Aloha Thursday!

Aloha mai e Clare! So glad to know I’m not alone in this struggle! Ha! It’s a tough one… And I find that I can be a lot more patient with others when I’m teaching/sharing than I am with myself. Auē! We live. And hopefully, we learn. Much Aloha to you.

Beautiful! A lovely reminder as a mother for myself and for the little feet that follow me, to be patient with them and myself as we learn and teach each other everyday. Thank you.

Aloha e Suzanne! Mahalo for that! Phew… it’s more than just me that struggles with patience. I know I learn from the students every time I’m with them–and I’m grateful for their patience with ME! Ha! With Aloha…

Aloha e Lisa! A life lesson, for sure. One that I expect I’ll be working on for the rest of my days. Ha! Speaking of Life’s Lessons, I just checked out your blog–so great! And mahalo for your encouragement on the video blog. It’s a new thing–trying it out once a week. (We’re working on some new ideas for a relaunch of the site early next year. I’m so excited!)

Thanks for looking at my blog, it has been in semi hibernation this year. I plan to get it back in gear soon! Practicing patience,
